Learning community gatherings

Connecting ideas, sharing progress, shaping what’s next

Cross-cutting across all Four Ways

Overview

The LCE Learning Community brings together everyone involved in Life-Changing Education—grantees, partners, students, staff, and community collaborators—to share discoveries and explore new directions. It’s not a committee; it’s a learning space where curiosity leads and formality takes a back seat.

These gatherings help align diverse projects around shared questions: What are we learning? What’s working? What still puzzles us? The goal is collective insight that strengthens every part of the initiative.

How It Works

Gatherings take place periodically. Sessions mix lightning updates, small-group discussions, and informal networking. Each meeting surfaces practical lessons and new collaborations that ripple outward through departments and communities.

Participants leave with both reflection and momentum—knowing they’re part of a statewide network re-imagining education together.
